The sweetness of the heart: The sweetness of the heart is rooted on being fed by soothing words. To uplift the heart, it must be nourished with sweet and positive words. Negative messages to the heart can wither the heart, hence causing it to become dispirited. A heart without a vibrant spirit becomes unlively. By Esther Ugezene, author.
