Grapes it is because it sounds like cakes.

Look at me and tell me what d'you wanna bake,
I have this cirle face but I guess it's not a cake.
They say I'm sweet and I cannot believe it,
Why? My bestfriend laughed until he cannot breath.
This poem wont take very long so I'll say this once,
I wanna thank you until the very last ounce.
Your nice words have overwhelmed my precious heart,
So forever I'll treasure it until death do us part!
