When I Am Most Myself

When I Am Most Myself
When I am most myself
I feel like I've lived a million different lives
I hear the trees speaking
But it's not to this me to which they are speaking
Because when I most hear the trees
I've become the faint whispers
And time slows down until it fully stops
and the eternal present swallows the whole universe
Past, present
Near, far
When I am most myself
I remember the things that happened to each and every person
I feel the faint echos of my infinite lives
The fictions of me and the truths of you melt together
When I am most myself
I remember soaring as a bird
And flowing with a river
I remember crawling through tiny holes in the dirt
And exploding as a supernova
Scales become nothing
And I see the whole universe inside of an ant
In a mirror I see almost nothing
And in the vast infinite starry night sky
I see myself
I see everything

I hope you like it!

What I like most about this poem is its ability to evoke a profound sense of unity with nature and the universe as you explore the depths of identity and consciousness. I appreciate the vivid imagery and the way you seamlessly weave together moments of introspection with cosmic contemplation. This poem invites readers to delve into their own introspective journeys and ponder the mysteries of existence.
Keep up the great work!
