My favorite line is To be at war in the material world, without losing inner peace. The author presents a series of paradoxes that are central to living a fulfilling life, such as being confident without being arrogant, brave without being fearless, and kind without being dishonest. The point being, that feeling too deeply is usually black and white. And in life sometimes it’d be best to find a grey area in our compulsive pursuit. Thinking of things from all angles might be beneficial.
