Now I understand why the Panther paces! It is not out of boredom or to loosen stiff muscles.

No, pacing allows the Majestic to think, focus, concentrate.

It provides a distraction for the conscious; while allowing the unconscious to work.

During the process, the Majestic ponders what he is, was, will be, could be, can not be!

He knows the sway of the moon, the pull of the stars, the tug of the tide, the shifting of the earth in an eternal moment.

Or, he becomes introspective and knows the beating of his heart, the rasp of his breath, the firing of each individual synapse!

And through him the beat of all hearts, the rasp of all breath, and the thoughts of ALL!

You are a wonderful poet too!! I like your thoughts on the Panther and the way you play with words. Im guessing you are referring to the almighty here. Beautiful work... Would love to read more from you! 💞💞

Wow. A very captivating piece that draws another perspective on why the panther paces!
"He knows the sway of the moon, the pull of the
stars, the tug of the tide, the shifting of the earth
in an eternal moment."
I particularly like that line... Nice poem!
Harmony in chaos. It's all a matter of perspective.
