Heart break

Post by Ekiosa »

Our love was a seed
Planted solely with the purest intention.
Blooming each day, it's flowers were so beautiful.
Then with time it started to fade,
It needed something else.
Though I searched for the Boost,
Still couldn't get it at the moment.

As time went by,I watched helplessly
as our tree withered away
And you moved to another field
The one with a fertile ground

As I stare each day in disbelief
I ask myself, why do others love tree
Flourish without it
And ours didn't?
Surely, the Boost makes the love tree more safe,
You weren't patient enough
hope I get it someday.

The unanswered questions of the love triangle. Nice piece ๐Ÿ‘Œ.
Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.

Too bad for the persona, someday he/she will find a tree that will last. Great piece!
Harmony in chaos. It's all a matter of perspective.

:( When purest intentions turn into a distant memory. Heart breaks are painful, thanks for this lovely poem.

I enjoyed your poem. I liked the imagery.

I think on the line below remove the "And"

"You moved to another field"

There's no pain like the pain of unrequited love.

I like how you used nature as a metaphor for the nature of love.

Nice job!

Great. Every love needs some patience to go through the struggles together. Your way of comparing a relationship with a tree is thought-provoking. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ
