War Storm (a poem by basicworm07)
All the silence in the stones
Bears down on me,
Catches me off guard-
Destroys my soul.
Ears are bleeding.
Failure looms
Get a grip.
Hopelessness is my name.
In every stone silence weeps.
Joy. What is joy?
Killing me slowly
Lowlife he is,
Maven. Death has a name.
Never relenting
Opens old wounds
Prayers on my lips-
Quiet.
Rest, I know not.
Silent stones break me
Tears are my only company.
Useless, powers stripped away.
Violent torture
Would be a relief.
X will mark the spot of my grave.
You have done this-
Zeal for revenge will consume me.
