The Good and the Bad

Short story:

The Good and The Bad

This is a story about a set of twin brothers. Who lived on 28th ST. Between Gaffey and Peck, Los Angeles, CA. 28th street is the steepest section of public streets accordingly to the city of San Pedro. Going up the street was a challenge for participants, while going down was a breeze.
The twins were two different people, with two different personalities. One of the twin brothers was the good twin and the other twin is the bad twin.
The twin brothers had unique names.
The good twin name was Jesus, which was the oldest of the two by one just minute and the other twin brother's name was Satin, which was the bad twin.
The twins were in their last year of school and needed jobs to help with their graduation that year. Going to school, the twins were picked up at their doorstep.
Never had to walk up or down the street when it came to going to school. Only after school, the twins had to walk up or down the street.
Mostly the bad twin Satin would always get himself into trouble and costs their mother great pain, while the good twin never gotten into any trouble at all, nor did he cost any pain for their mother.
The two twin mother's worked two jobs to make ends meet. While their mother was at work, Satin would be around town getting into trouble with his friends who walks in his footsteps.
They never had to walk, because some of them had cars or motorcycles to ride up and down the steepest street.
None of the friends of Satin, the bad twin would walk up the steep street. Friends of Jesus walked up and down the steepest street all day long, with no problems at all.
Even in cars or riding a motorcycle up street , Satin and his friends always had problems going up the steepest street in town.
Satin was the lazy twin of the two brothers. This was another reason why Satin didn't like going upwards it too much work for him and he didn't like hard work.
Satin was inconsiderate to others around him, even with his friends.
He always had his hand out and never given back, while Jesus always gave to his brother Satin.
Jesus gave without questioning, why?
Jesus had such a big heart, whereas he always helped others who were in need. Jesus never have been in any trouble nor did he cost his mother any pain. Jesus and his mother, never knew what, Satin would do from day to day. It was getting near graduation time and the twins needed to help their mother out by now. The twin brothers went to their school counselor for help in getting an after school program job. There were two program jobs available.
The jobs were on the same street that the twins lived on. One job was up the street from the twins and the other job was down the street from the twins. So before the counselor could ask, who gets the job up the street from them, the bad twin shouted out loud and demanded, I want the job at the bottom of the street. Jesus replies to his twin brother, I wanted the one at the top of the street anyways.

The jobs are just about the same distance, maybe the job at the top of the street was a little further. Jesus and Satin didn't get along with each other, because of Satin's selfishness. Jesus loved to walk up the steep street, because he didn't feel like it was a problem. Jesus walked up the steepest street around town with ease. The time has come, for the twin brothers to start their new jobs. One at the top of the street and the other at the bottom of the street. The twins worked their shifts, it's now time to go home for the night. Jesus made it home, but no Satin was there. An hour went by, still Satin hasn't made it home yet.
Satin is still down the street trying to get a ride up the steep street, because he's too lazy to walk up the street. Satin never did like walking upward to anything all his life. Anything dealing with up, Satin can do without it. Satin has no money, so he can't pay for a ride and his friends are only his friends when he has money. Satin usually have money, given to him by his mother and sometimes Jesus would give him his money to keep him from stilling for it. So Satin not home yet. So Jesus put on his shoes to go and get his twin brother from down the street. Satin looking around for a ride, he turns back around to look up the street and by his surprise, Jesus was standing there. Satin, asked Jesus, why was he'd down the street? Jesus told Satin that he came to carry his brother home from the same mother. Jesus would do anything for his twin brother, even if they didn't get along. By knowing his brother, he knew that he had to go and get him.
So Jesus carried his twin home every night from work home so he could make it up the street to their house.
Some nights Jesus, didn't have to carry his twin brother Satin home, because he didn't go to work. Satin would be hanging out with his friends who walks in his footsteps. Some of them had cars and some had motorcycles. These are the same friends who Satin couldn't get a ride from work after he got off. Satin friends don't work nor do they wanted to work. Working is doing something good and they are not for that.
Satin friends only came around when Satin had money. When the money is gone, Satin friends are gone and now he's all alone. Jesus always had great fun with his friends, who walks in his footsteps and never alone. At the bottom of the street, the street are painted (Red) and at the top of the street are painted (WHITE, GOLD)! Jesus bedroom is painted in White, Satin, bedroom is painted in Red. Jesus always, wear White and Satin is always wearing Red. Jesus favorite color is White, while Satin favorite color is Red. Jesus color White represents Heaven and Satin color Red represents Hell!

If the readers haven't figured it out just yet...The good twin brother went to heaven and the bad twin brother went to hell.

I did understand the story you were referring to what the BIBLE says. In life you choose your path either bad or good I personally know that GOD is path you will never never regret it may be hard sometimes but GOD never said it was going to be easy doing the right thing. GOD will always be there for you even if you think he is not he will always protect you from all bad thing. Always be kind follow the right path because soon all bad things you will no longer suffer in HEAVEN he is coming soon be ready.

I like the story and now i realized you need to be good because if you choose to be bad you can never felt peace in your life. You don't have friends that you can lean on.
