intriguing. I'm not much for poetry by the young author, as their emotions generally overshadow their ability to write. But, perhaps I will try this collection - it does sound, as I said, intriguing :)

I am not a big fan of poetry, but it is great that "a variety of poetic styles can be found within the pages of this book".

A great job on the review!

I feel like I really relate to Sabaine. The description of feeling doubtful and being lost and confused about the future. I think we all go through times like that.

Excellent review! I'm always pretty iffy on poetry, because it usually doesn't hold my attention. However, this one sounds good, so I'll have to check it out!

I enjoy poetry that captures the emotional rollercoaster of life. The title intrigues me. I am curious about renewed hope.

Great review, ALynnPowers! First, I love the cover (mainly because I love butterflies, but that's beside the point). I am fascinated by the setup of this poetry book. I recently read another memoir through the use of poems and found that I really enjoyed it. I'm glad this is book of the day and can't wait to give it a read!

Poetry isn't normally my genre, but I downloaded this book and read a couple of the poems. You are definitely spot-on in your choice of words that "a sadness accompanies these words". I didn't dislike it, but I feel like I need to be in the right mood to pick it up and read some more. Congrats to the author on a good review!

This review was concise. Although I don't usually read poetry, I am willing to give this book a try based on the review and the various subjects written.. Thanks for your great review!
