I am a self published poet author. I love reading others poems. I like how in this review you showed correlations relating to the type of poems that one can find in this book. I personally think it is genius to include author name in the title of the book. What a way to get recognized and acknowledged!
This review makes me as a reader, want to read this for myself. Bravo!

I like that your review blended a discussion on the generic art form with the author's actual poetic pieces.

Although this poetry seems very well thought out and done well, it seems a bit manipulative in some of the ideas in which the author makes.. so if I had to rate it, I’d rate it as alright, but not the best I’ve seen.

Poetry with a wide range of themes is always impressive since it shows the ability of the poet to mould his words and thoughts according to a variety of subjects. Due to the variety, it also appeals to majority of the readers since they are able to relate to atleast one of the poems. I enjoyed reading your review and might give this one a read sometime.

Thank you for the review!

I have never written a review of poetry, so it is nice not only to know that I should probably not purchase the book before it is too late, but also to see an example of a good review of this genre.

Great review! I'm really into poetry and this book seems very alluring and unique. That quote at the beginning of your review made me very interested in reading this book.

This is a rare collection of poems explaining interconnections between several levels/strata.culture/opinions of life and the society in entirety. I would really love to explore the pages and experience the comparison as the various different sides of a coin are brought together.

It sounds as if an entire cloth(book)made of small pieces of different fabrics(poems). And it's not looking good but each part shows the beauty that it holds. Thank you for this informative review

I think the tabooed topics like homosexuality can be better portrayed by poetry. Although I’m not sure about the racial conflicts, I think this will be a great read if one can look past that. Thanks for this great review.

I'm not certain I'm a fan of poetry, but this sounds like a good collection. It's great that the poems vary. Having just a single style would have been monotonous, and a struggle to read. Thanks for the review.
