Eighty-nine poems in a book mean that the author has put a lot of effort into this book. Though I am not a huge fan of poetry, some of the poems sound fantastic. Thank you for an insightful and amazing review.

It didn’t seem like that many while I was reading them, but the author truly touched on many aspects of her life. It was an enjoyable collection.

I am not sure if I could relate to her in all aspects of life, but maybe this book offers “an open window” to see the life as she sees it. I usually tend to avoid poetry, but I am sure many find this an enjoyable read.

Poetry is an interesting genre. I have learned to appreciate—I dare say, enjoy—it. But it is hit or miss with each poem.

I like that this one contains a poetically poignant blend of grief, anxiety, encouragement, struggles, and hope.
