I haven't read enough poems to tell whether a poem is powerful or not. I see that you mention that the poem has room for improvements to give the emotions more power. Thank you for the review.

Good review. I can see the picture you are trying to paint about the book. I'm not a particular fan of poetry, and don't know if i may try this book, but you've opened my eyes to the possibilities of trying it. I do not like abrupt endings, so I'm hoping there's an improvement for those out here that do love poetry and may share my feelings.

A great poem to read. Important lessons to be learned too.

I do appreciate the touch of magic in novels but not in the form of poetry. Your review helped in making my decision regarding this book.
What is the most special thing I did today- I was MYSELF. Happy and in love and unapologetically myself.

I don't think I have ever read something like this. It would be interesting to see the author's take on depression, but I'm not sure this is something I would typically read. Very well written review, though.

I've been enjoying reading poetry lately, and this may be helpful in helping deal with the loss of a loved one. I'll check it out. Great review!
