This book sounds intriguing. It well-written plot that is supported by a cast of well-developed characters reveals the author's ability to captivate his audience. I've read lots of cute sayings about the other two series of the Warramunga trilogy, and It seems this third volume has lived up to expectations. Thanks for this excellent review. It felt like I read the book from your detailed description.

I have loved both of the other books in this trilogy and will definitely be reading this one (as well as his newest). Glad to hear that you enjoyed it without having read the previous two, but I definitely think it would improve your experience if you had. Hope you get the chance! Thanks for the lovely review. :)

I can't wait to read this book, having read the one before. I am ready for the adventure that awaits in between its pages.

The tittle of the book does not entice me at all, the storyline though is great and I would love read the book. Thanks for the review.

As usual a great review by Cecilia. I really like Greg Kraters writing style and his stories are full of history. These stories are unique and that is something I always look for. Thank you for a great review.

Reading the book feels like watching a movie. The action in it and suspense is just more than interesting.

From your review and the thirteen pages I've read, it sounds good but not my cup of tea. Cheers :)

Thank you for this review as it has helped me to get comfortable in reading this book as it shows that the book stands on its own even though it is third in the series

This book seems to have a great story and plot. I always enjoy historically themed books and to add some action makes it even more interesting. I can't wait to read this amazing book and thanks for an extremely informative review.

I must say I really enjoyed reading this review; I am glad that you pointed out the offensive word even though it is no longer offensive. Many thanks for the insightful review.

Your review made me want to read the entire series. It shows your good understanding of the author's mind. Good one there.

This sounds like a live one! And I love that you mentioned how you could hear the Aussie and British accents as you read. I think it enriches a book when the author makes good use of native dialects. Great review. Thank you.
