Catrin seems to have quite the inner conflict there! Thanks for the review.

I do not usually enjoy reading fantasy fiction however from your review it sounds like I should give it a chance. It sounds intriguing and I always enjoy a little romance added to the plot.

This is a great review of Apollo's Raven, detailing the basic plot of the book, the Celtic mythology behind it, and the love story found within it. This review warns people with any sensitivities to adult themes and/or violence, and how each chapter contains a snippet at the beginning that in some cases could be a spoiler alert. This is a highly informative review that also brings more buzz to the book than even the book description did.

This book sounds very interesting and even though I do not typically read fantasy books anymore this one sounds promising. I like that the main character is a string, powerful and resourceful woman who deals with complex human emotions. Many times in fantasy books the main character can become too rational, but this author makes Catrin realistic.

I love Celtic history and themes. I liked that the official review of Apollo's Raven warned against potential spoiler alerts. I can't wait to read this book.

With well- developed characters, love of an inner-conflict nature, adventure, deception, loyalty, magic, historical fiction, and fantasy romance, which the author could mix well to attain a satisfactory conclusion, readers will certainly find delight in "Apollo's Raven" by Linnea Tanner. The review is really honest and the book is interesting.

Although I dislike sexual references in books, I do always like Romeo and Juliet-esque romance between supposed enemies. I wish more stories did that - it's so exciting and tense. Glad to hear this book does though!
