Great review. I love Bible stories and religion we learn from it. This sounds like a great book to read on a relaxing day. Congrats on being picked as BOTD. In these times the Bible is a good place to turn to for answers.

A book well written by Joseph Ganci. It was a reminder that the lowly and upright is sought after by "God's heart." Victory comes with walls to break through. The Sound and The Glory is a remarkable book!

This sounds interesting. I like that you say that the characters were well described. The Bible does lack in character description and development, so it would be nice to read something like this. Great review!

The fact that this was a new and unique view of the old testament is a huge point in its favor, because it can help reinterpret some confusing times in history.

Re: Official Review: Gideon: The Sound and The
Glory

Only a good writer can rewrite a story and makes it look like its original. From what I have deduced from the review it sounds like just what this author has been able to achieve with this book. Great book, good review.

This historical fiction novel by Joseph Ganci retells the battles of the bible in a way that can be followed with the excitement of characters that the author has added to make the stories more epic. Your review was right on the mark and shows that you have read the book. Great job.

Thanks for the review, it's very helpful. I do like that the book adds more detail to the stories in the Bible but I am not a fan of books about battles and war.

The review is good. The author has done good in writing a book based on Bibilical teachings
