Very interesting review! I like that it has Biblical themes but shows them through a different viewpoint. This sounds like something I would really enjoy. I look forward to reading it.

Thanks for the enlightening review. This is my kind of book to read. Although it is fiction, it is still based on the Bible story of Noah in his wife's perspective. The review points out her defects and limitations as she struggles to live a normal life. I really don't understand much about autism because it is fairly new in our modern vocabulary. This book will give me something about the illness. Congratulations to the author for BOTD,

The review looks great but the theme doesn't interest me much. I'll skip on this one, I guess!

The fact that this is through the eyes of someone on the autism spectrum has me intrigued :D
I'm glad this is the BOTD, and I can't wait to sample it!

I love re-tellings of old stories, and it sounds like this one was really well done! Plus, books that linger after they finish are the best kinds of books. Great review!

Thank you for a great review. The sample of the book pulled me in with such strong, descriptive language that the story popped off the page. The rest of the story sounds like an interesting read.

Noah's Wife follows the story of Na'amah (Noah's Wife). It tells of how her mother died in childbirth and was raised to do as all women are supposed to do, cook and sew. It began with her captured and then flashing back to tell her story. A very interesting read. It gives a whole new perspective on the story of Noah.

Great review of what sounds like a interesting retelling of an old story, through Noah's wife's perspective. The Asperger's angle is very unique. Off to read the sample!
