I like such books where the writers mix their fantasy with history and create characters with consolidated historical backgrounds. Thank you for the review.

The fantastical abilities possessed by the main characters in this book sound unusual and intriguing! Too bad about the lack of copy editing, but that can be remedied :)

This book sounds really interesting. Mystical characters existing during a real historical event seems like fun. Good job in review part.

I just added this to my bookshelf today, and because of the premise and your review, it's definitely going to be a wild ride. I'm trying to improve my own writing so I can write in different time periods, and I'm thinking this book will help. I love the fantasy aspect, especially that it's set during WWII. It's so cool and I look forward to reading it and getting immersed in the world.

Very interesting, fantasy elements set in history. I'm curious about each person's gifts. Not a fan of Twilight though.

I can't quite combine fantasy, historical fiction, paranormal "gifts" & wealth...perhaps not imaginative enough? But it sure is an intriguing concept for those who enjoy these genres. Thanks for an interesting review!

The idea of blending historical events with fantasy and the paranormal does sound interesting!

I like the blend of history and fantasy. However, I tend to prefer well developed characters, and the editing errors would be distracting. Thanks for the review.

Good review. This kind of stories where people met with a fate that deposited special abilities in them which could enable them do human difficult or impossible things are created or written out of the power of imagination and creativity. However, I appreciate it more when it is put in a movie form.

Reading about people or families with special powers and secrets not generally possessed by other people can be very interesting.

It is even more interesting when war and history come in. Sensible people like to hear about big wars and events that happened before they were born, or when they were too young bto know what was happening.

I thank the author and the reviewer.

A historical fantasy. Chidren get kidnapped, people have supernatural abilities which helps them to navigate, understand or know things. Thanks for the review.
