I was also intrigued by the book cover, and I find the explanation amusing. Thanks for this detailed review.

You did an honest review. Dinosaurs are extinct. Liked the fact that the Author used it as a description of one of the characters.

The therapist introduces the book and states that the author started writing as part of his therapy. The therapist returns at the end of the book to further explain the author’s purpose and to extol the therapeutic benefits of writing.
Well I hope the author benefited from writing the book, and that readers who need it might be inspired to try therapeutic writing too. It seems like quite a challenging book to read but at least it raises awareness about veterans. I enjoyed your candid and well considered review diana lowery. Thank you.
