The author was able to successfully write about fictional characters in a very real setting. The bits of history mentioned, especially those related to racial climate, must really add something to the story. It's not a genre I would normally read, but I appreciate your great and honest review!

This isn't my type of book but what you have wrote about the racial parts and the murders have me quite intruged to see what comes next I would defiantly recommend!

I feel that historical fiction books as well as memoirs are comprehensive so as to give the reader a more detailed picture of what's happening. That's just my opinion. Anyway I appreciate you're review. It's critical and detailed.
But the path I’ve chosen has always been the right one, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. :)
