I loved this book growing up. On Dr. Suess day the school cafeteria always made green eggs and ham.

I loved all of Dr Seuss’s stories, as a kid especially green eggs and ham. I used to love the word twisters that used to make me giggle, as I attempted to pronounce it when I got a little older.

As a child my mother would read Dr. Seuss to me, green eggs and ham happened to be my favorite! Now that I’m grown and have children of my own I pass down my Dr. Seuss books to them who also enjoys them just as much as I still do. I like to ask my kids what they think one of the lessons was that they could take from the books if any.?. My oldest daughter let me know that she was able to learn from this to try new things but it was also a way for me to let her know to not give in to peer pressure..I love the fact that I can’t use such a fun book to help teach my kids the underlining lessons.! Plus, I think Dr.Seuss books are the best books to start your kids off with reading:)

This book was read to me as a kid. I remember my librarian from my elementary, would read us the book and make us green eggs and ham. It was a really fun unforgettable experience. I will always recognize that book. Hopefully my kids get to experience this.

Dr Seuss is a classic author. Although I liked green eggs and ham when I was younger, I personally love "Cat in the Hat" - the movie is awesome too.

A friend and I once recited Green Eggs and Ham in a speech class, with the twist that it was an interrogation/torture, haha. It was surprisingly effective. We got an A.

An absolute classic, though not my favorite Dr. Suess book to read out loud. My favorite is Fox in Socks , truly a tongue twister and joyful to try to read out loud. Kids find that book so hilarious.
