It is very nice to read this book in the classroom for the children, there are a lot of moral lessons to learn. For me the story is all about ambition... The young bird is afraid to explore ambition in life,young bird was afraid to try other things because the young bird is independent to the Mother bird. Even though, the mother bird is pushing the young bird to become a better one. You have nothing to lose when you try it, we need to stand in our own feet.

Be Happy to be You " By: Diane Hull, is a Children's Picture Book about a little bird who is not happy with his life, comparing his achievements to those of other animals. His mother tells him he should be proud of himself and "Be Happy to Be You!"
The story fits to the one who is ambitious .Yes, sometimes we need to be , but only in the best the we could.We dont need to compare our achievements to others in order to be happy.
This book has full of meaningful story, that fits to all childrens .

This book is a "must read" for every child. It will help build confidence and courage in most children. We all have different strengths and weaknesses and we should be proud of ourselves and what we have irrespective of where we find ourselves

Minding the kind of message passed across to kids and the way the the message was presented,I would say the is the best children book I've read so far.I guess the book matches exactly what kids need to improve both their reading and vocabulary.I really enjoyed reading the book .

I love the book cover! This is an ideal book for kids to learn to appreciate themselves. In current times, media flood our children with ideal images of a person that they cannot possibly be. Especially with a growing number of suicides in many countries due to social pressure to be beautiful and smart. And this current trend of body shaming and obsession on perfect selfies. This book definitely encourages self-love. This should be taught at an early age. Thanks for your review!
