Thank you for your amazing review, it was a treat to read :) I admit I've never read a children's book from a review point of view, but the aspects and themes that you've discussed have definitely opened up my eyes to all that children's books have to offer. I enjoyed reading the book, and my 1 year old loved listening and looking at the pictures. I agree with you that the book is about acceptance and friendship, and is a great way to help teach young children these fundamentals of life :)

I agree that is helpful when children's books are in rhythm. It really helps children connect with and remember the story. This sounds like a great children's book. Thank you for a detailed and wonderful review.

I often tremendously enjoy children stories as an adult which can be accredited to my Joie de Vie, so based on your review, I would imagine that I will find this short narrative an enjoyable read.

From a sampling, this is a cute youth story that is perfect for the upcoming season. While this is obviously a story for young readers and parents of young readers, it is always good to see books that make or encourage children to read. Well Done.

Thank you for the review. Although it seems that this fun-filled Christmas story covers all the topics that a book for children can treat, it is not meant for someone like me so it will not count on my reading.

This is a fascinating book, this I say from my Christmastime point of view. The Christmas season is coming --- or is even already here --- judging from the festive mood of decorations going on in malls and stores. I certainly want to read this book. Thanks for the review.

The story is also written in rhyme, so it has a great cadence and can be used as a bedtime story. I found no grammatical errors or misspellings in the book.
I agree, the rhythm is great and I think children could find this both soothing and entertaining. Stories like this one are the kind you memorize and remember even as an adult.
The underlying themes of this story are friendship and acceptance, and I think the points are delivered well without coming across too strongly. I also like that these themes are included in a story taking place during the holiday season since Christmas is traditionally a time of love and giving to others. At the same time, I think this tale can also be enjoyed by children who celebrate Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or Ramadan since these themes are universal in nature.
Although I agree that the themes are universal, I think it would be awesome to see more diversity and books for all these different celebrations.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the book, your review is awesome as always Ms.Tri

Great review! I especially liked how you commented on the artwork in the book, something I think I would be prone to not notice if I was reviewing the book. You really helped me see how the pictures contribute to the story just as much as the words - well done!

This sounds like a cute story based on this review. However I feel that the statement made about children discussing the art with their parents to be a little far fetched, I don’t know any children that would discuss art styles.

Christmas is for everyone! What a great way to teach love and compassion to young children. The short span and the wonderful illustrations you mentioned make the book a suitable read for the intended audience. Thanks for the review.
