Thanks everyone. It really is a fun story. MsTri - it's so true that many kids act like veggies will make them sick if they eat them. :)

A fun book that teaches kids to eat their veggies... I know a few kids who would love this.

Mercy Bolo, thanks for taking the time to read my review. I think most kids need coaxing to eat their veggies!

It sounds like an exciting way to introduce healthy foods to kids. As a parent, I can say that it definitely would be helpful!

It was a nice story of encouraging kids to eat healthy foods. An adventure story that every child will love. Parents should have bought this kind of book. A must buy book. Fun and interesting! Thank u for the review!

It can be done with children's imagination towards fun and humour. Encouraging children to explore and expand their palates through play is sure to put a smile on everyone's face. "Broccoli Trees" Adventurous and Nourishment

I love this title! It totally caught my attention. Sounds like a cute book - I like that it's rhyming.

This is a good mind widening book for children.
Parents would realise that making children to perceive something which is long-termed important; is precious and often requires them to use didactics such as this book.
Thank you for the great review!

I should recommend this book to my sister! My nephew survives off of chicken nuggets and cold hotdogs, because he "doesn't like" healthy foods!

Thanks everyone for the comments. K_Robinson - hotdogs and chicken nuggets...ha ha ha. One of my friends used to make her son mac and cheese all the time even when the rest of the family would eat a different meal. I told her she was turning him in to a spoiled prince! Sometimes you have to make the food fun to get your kids to eat it and be more adventurous at trying new foods.

Sounds like a very satisfying children's book all around. Don't know if it could convince me to stomach cauliflower though.
