Yes, you are right. Parties are events all kids can relate to. Sounds as a nice story to be read for kids. Thanks for the review!

This book sounds so sweet and cute. I'm glad to see a picture book addressing cheering someone up when they're in pain or something goes wrong on a special day. It would really help kids to be better-adjusted to emergencies. Thank you for the insightful review.

My kids used to read books like this all the time. Interesting cuz I was never interested in these styles of kidlet books when I was a kid, but apparently they do resonate with the wee ones. My one daughter that loved these types of books is now the most empathetic, caring and sweet kid... maybe because of the books? ;) so yes, everyone should get this book for their kids and grandkids and read them every night to them! Nice review! The book James and the Birthday Balloon by Nicola J Rowley is patently a children's book. But it has a lot of lessons for the benefit of the young ones. I recommend it! :tiphat: :techie-studyinggray:

James and the Birthday Balloon is truly a fun reading for children. Innocent characters of James and Ruby would appeal the young readers. Good, its a very sound review.
