"I love when children’s books have life lessons."
Me too. They sometimes are the solution of our problems which we think that we can't deal with. And we always learn something new from these books.
Thanks for the review.

I am giving this book a 4/4 rating because the characters are easy for the kids to learn and relate with It's also conveying a strong message of patience which is a very good key for success.

Fantastic review, anneloretrujillo, of The Oregon Kids by Bob Richley. I love books for children. I like the picture of its cover and I became interested in knowing more about Billy and Autumn, his sister afer reading the free sample, but mainly after reading your review. :)

Sounds interesting. A children's picture book like this will be surely enjoyed by toddlers who has not started reading and also those who are in ages 6-8. Children love stories with colorful images especially when it teaches kids life lessons like how to control their temper or extending their patience and being kind to everybody. However, books like this should be read to children with creativity and expressions so that it would be a lot fun and easy to understand. I agree to the reviewer, thumbs up for the great review! Will save it to read to my son. :)

The review is great. The lesson very applicable to all cultures as selflessness is a virtue needed in every human society. The story based on the idea of fishing could be very captivating to children even in regions where fishing is not a usual activity, since the book is greatly illustrated and can spur the imagination of a child who lives in a region where hunting an trap laying in the bushes is more common. The book is a big catch.
