I liked your review. I agree that the book sounds like one that children would like to read.
I also think that readers of all ages would like the story because it's an interesting way of
learning about adopting an animal from an animal shelter.

Sound like a cute story. If my little sister ever follows through and gets another dog, I'll recommend this book to her. She does have to read often for her reading log.

The book is a total representation of the social values of dogs . It is real life reality to consider what makes some humans go crazy about dogs. Parenting may not catch with this fun. It is a book for all ages.

I really like positive rescue stories about animals in need, and I think we need more of those. The plight of stray dogs and cats is too serious to ignore. Great review!

I love your review and I am a big dog lover. I also enjoy the name Bear for a medium sized dog and how the story flows into the different periods of the Bear's life. I agree that more excitement and emotion from the author would have made the story pop.

Grest review. This sounds like a wonderful book for children to learn not only about having a pet dog, but how wonderful it is to rescue a pet, who is essentially a new member of the family. Thanks so much for sharing.

This was a good review and it sounds like an interesting book, especially since it follows the whole life of Bear. That's a really neat idea.

Books do not need to thrive in fantasy or fairytale characters to be read by children.Stories about animals and how they touched our lives is a must. Thanks for a simple but heartwarming story.

Lovely review, sound like interesting and exciting book especially for kids below ten years which of course is non fictious and simple to understand. Kid who love pets suit them well and it recommendable for them, simply it has nice pictures of the bare, hopefully. Spiritual dog indeed!
