Thank you for sharing your review with us. I also found the language to be suitable for older children, but the lesson is quite universal.

Initially I couldn't understand the obc classification of this book into the young adult genre when the sample shows it is intended for children. However, the reviewer's statement that this is not a book children can read on their own goes some way in explaining that. He goes further to state what's cohort the book is ideal for, so I think this is a particularly useful review.

The artwork is beautiful, and it's good that the storyline has inspirational themes. However, children may need the assistance of an adult to fully understand the inherent themes and the vocabulary. Thank you for the engaging review.

Losing one's wife can cause a big damage in once life. I liked how that didn't stop the fisherman from completing his daily routine of fishing. Nice review. Congrats on making BOTD.

We all can learn to use a little more kindness in the world. At first, I didn't even think the story was suited primarily for the young ones. Sounded very much like a story anyone can read and enjoy....

This book sounds like something that readers of various ages could love and benefit from, even if the ages originally recommended for the book might struggle with some of the vocabulary. I find that the leper colonies are rarely taught about in school—I only learned the general concept of leprosy and had to learn about leper colonies elsewhere—and mermaids are always a fascinating mythical creature to read about in stories. To combine these with a genuinely kind character sounds like a nice change of pace. Thank you for the helpful review.

The author has pictured the the story beautifully. He spotlighted the objects vividly. He is living alone for 10 years but not exhausted he is on his course to kindness. The writing style of the author is amazing it transported me into the story. Though It challenged my vocabulary.
