The book sounds adorable for kids. Your review definitely made me one to read the book myself! And I like how the book had a story to tell of friendship, compassion. A child trying to help his snowman friend. ^_^ Cute!

This book has lovely illustrations, and rhyming verse containing important messages for children. Through the images of the snowman, children can get a sense of how it feels being literally left out in the cold. The themes in the verse help them to understand the importance of being kind, caring, honest and respectful of others. It is short and easy to read so it is ideal for pre-school and young readers.

I immediately thought of Frosty the Snowman upon my first encounter with Snowman Paul. It is interesting that none of the children are named. I particularly like that the book has a clear problem and resolution that can subtly teach children valuable lessons.

With simple rhymes and beautiful watercolor illustration, Yossi Lapid's book is a great choice for preschool and kindergarten children.

This seems like a really cute read. Christmas is also my favorite time of year. I'm glad that the illustrations are so well done. It's also good that there's a clear plot and theme to this book.
