I don't think this is my type of book that I would enjoy. But well done.

This book covers a wide range of daily dealings of our lives. However, the various typographical errors makes someone shy away from getting it with such weighty matters of the human life no mistakes can be made. With good professional editing I'd get one definitely.

Sounds like a thought provoking read. What an interesting concept, using essays and then analysing them. Does not sound like it is for the light hearted, but every once in a while everyone should read a book that puts them out of their comfort zone.

Given what happened to the author's family, I'm not surprised that the book has the pessimistic viewpoint that it does. However I can definitely see how it would be a heavy read and not approriate for all situations.

Though I’m interested in sociology and psychology, I’m afraid this book would be too tough for me. People can do evil things indeed! And I’m not sure I can comprehend all information because of many errors. Thank you for informative review! :)

Wonderful review! I am interested in reading this book for myself now; Very interesting to study why people do the things they do; in today's society genocide is happening slowly and silently. You will not know it has happened until it is too late; everyone needs to be aware of everything that happens.

Re:Immediacy by Fred
This book really talks about reality, how people cope up with problems and the writer majors on the individual. The story of a woman and a tree really inspires. How should an individual transcend is what really inspires me. There is one thing that I like about Fred, the issue of acknowledging other sources, this doesn't only help him but also helping the reader more knowledgeable.

I love the fact that it is so well researched. I will definitely read this when I am in a mood for something heavy.

Book seems interesting with some errors but one should not leave for the reason that some unimportant and technical things are described to bore you.

Honestly there are simple typing errors but its a book that's well researched and has got good appeal in our livelyhoods. The immediate environment we live in determines who we are.

You would be surprised by what goes through some people's mind in reality and what one is capable of doing. It's so sad learning that the author lost some of family members in the holocaust. Sometimes the easiest way to get over some of the horrific situations and experiences is by Sharing and expressing how it makes you feel. Nice piece despite typo errors here and there. Thanks
