I liked how the theme of mercy was used here, especially, mercy given to those who were not kind to Carling. It shows younger readers that you don't have to act unkind to those who weren't kind to you - hoping to end the cycle of hurtfulness. Thank you for taking the time to read my review! :tiphat:

It was an interesting story, and a good one for the YA audience who enjoys clean fantasies. Since I only saw a few errors, I'm sure another round of editing would make this a more polished read. Thank you for reading! :tiphat:
