The Relik projecting 5000 years from now on is a long leap into the future. I often stop to think whenever I come across such novels. It also leaves me with one unanswered question; will the world be a more treacherous place than it is now? Think about it, even as Reliks plan an escape from earth. Thank you, your review is superb.

Trapped in ice... Does that mean, like, frozen? Did Jim die in there and then get resurrected or was he just immobilized for centuries? Also, the new world that Jim meets is kill-happy with human lives to the point of bragging. Already sounds familiar in some parts of the world...and as usual, there's some kind of religious theme meshed in with those atrocious acts. Would like to see how the author ropes them all together. Thanks for the review.

'Official Review: The Relik by Nathan J. Keller', is a thorough one! It very well reflects upon the theme of the story! Keeping in view the negative side of the story, as pointed out by the reviewer and the generous rating given to the book, I would call it a constructive criticism.

I love reading YA books. Thanks for the review, it sparked my interest into reading it. I might have to add it to my bookshelf to remind me to look for it one day (hope it doesn't break under the load of books I'm finding).

I love dystopian futuristic novels! The review of it being "refreshing" makes me excited about what it has to offer. I love to have my mind blown by what authors can come up with!

I like the refreshing change from the normal YA novels. The fact that is less on romance and violence is a plus. Ifuther look forward to the prospect of an adventure with this series. Nice review.

This book sounds like it will be fun. It reminds me of Futurama, except its much more serious.

I think your review is well written. It make me curious as to how Jim was resurrected from ice after 5000 years. It is what it appears to be alive answering questions in the relik library. Also, how he and another relic planned to escape. This is not one of my favorite genres but if had romance or a lot of action I could probably read it. It doesnt sound like this one does, so I dont think will read this one.

Wow, communicating to the Relik was considered a religious act of worship, interesting. I like that the plot and character development were well developed and this stimulates the reader to want to read more and enjoy the flow of the story line. That was a well drafted review. Thank you.

I’d like to know how the resurrection process resulted in new knowledge. It’s also interesting that it’s considered a religious act of worship to speak with the Reliks, although I think I would agree that I would be left wanting to know more about the religious beliefs.
