This classic story by Judy Blume, is a coming of age tale of a girl named Margaret. Her understanding of the world is being shaped by her family history, her recent experiences, and her internal musings. Did anyone else relate to Margaret?

Oh my gosh! I had completely forgotten about this book until you reminded me. I read this several times growing up!

My first encounter with this book was over two decades ago, when I was a pre-teen. I think I was maybe nine when my mother recommended it to me. I love Judy Blume, and I even picked up a copy a couple years ago to reread. I think it would be interesting to see an updated version, though, with Judy Blume's blessing (of course).
As for you & your heart & the things you said & didn't say, she will remember them all when men are fairy tales in books written by rabbits. (Schmendrick the Magician)

I’ve read a lot of Judy Blume over the years, but for some reason this book slipped through the cracks. Planning on checking it out!
