Thank you, Kat! It was a really great book. If I didn't have so many other books that I need to read, I'd be tempted to read it again.

How sweet the story is. Excellent review.

This sounds like a lovely book. It seems there's some good characters in this one. I don't know if I want to be moved to tears though!!

What makes the novel distinctive was the story-line. Edward met her online, the child was brave enough to ask for help. Another beautiful thing about the growing up Carrie novel was the way it genuinely brought readers emotions to life just like a real life event. One could get immersed into it easily, plus it has an humorous side to the story. Much fun

For all the Good Book lovers out there, please don't miss your chance with this captivating story.

Totally worth it
I rate it 4.1 out of 4 (if that's accepted)

A coming of age story about the relationship of a girl with her step-dad sounds intriguing. And to think it all started with a phone call! It is great that the characters are well developed, and that the transition between the pov is done well. Not for me, but I am glad you enjoyed the book! Thank you!

This was an amazing well-developed book that I found i could not put down. I rated the book 4 out of 4 stars and I hope the story continues. The onlinebook.org review was written perfectly by someone who shares my appreciation for the book.

Although this story sounds meaningful and emotional, I worry that it may have a negative effect on young internet users. It's dangerous to chat with people online, and many young users are catfished by adults... I hope that this story does not glamorize an unhealthy and dangerous situation.
