Something for the young audience but I'm sure it'll be a good read. Nice review.

I've always loved children's stories and always will be despite the increasing age. 😄

Are you familiar with the Grimm's fairy tales? If not, then you have wasted your youth. 😀

The cover reminds me of my younger years.

What kind of creature is little Yaga if she's not a Forester? Why does she look different from the Foresters?

L.B. O'Milla's book, Adventures of Little Yaga and Her Friends, sounds very interesting. It is remarkable that the narrative is a mix of fantasy and folklore. This is my kind of read, can't wait to find out if Ashley makes it back to human society.

This book sounds great for a younger audience; I like the idea of mixing Russian folklore with fantasy. I don't think I've ever read anything about Russian folklore before. However, as an adult, I don't think I would enjoy this simplicity of the writing/dialogue in this one.

Thanks for the review. This story seems like an interesting fable. I like the idea of mixing in Russian folklore with the American fables.

In a world where kids send “leaves” whooshing back and forth in the forest as their “texts,” one can’t help but fall in love with Little Yaga, the main character in O’Milla’s tween fantasy, Adventures of Little Yaga and Her Friends.

Russian folklore is really fascinating. Sounds like a cute book, but yeah, like you said, I'd say it's more suited for a younger audience. Great review!

Russian folklore? This sounds quite intriguing. I like the portrayal of the forest dwellers and how they relate to humans. This looks like one of those fairy tales that are tackling issues which would give teens anxiety.

This book is a great mix of fantasy and folklore. Little Yaga lives with her grandmother, Big Yaga, in a hut on a chicken leg located in the Enchanted Forest. She is often teased by the other inhabitants of the forest who are known as the Foresters. Can't wait to finish reading
