I interact with fantasy tales like every day forcing me to break the continuity I had in reading fantasy novels. So, for now, I'll take a pass. Good review though!

As a reader, I appreciate the knowledge that it ends on a cliffhanger. I like my books to have a definitive ending. If I choose to pick up this book, I at least already have the understanding that I'll need to read the entire series.

A really comprehensive review providing many insights into the storyline of good versus evil in a fantasy setting with strong female characters. Sounds good and Jennifer Julander may be an author to bookmark for the future. :techie-studyinggray:

This is a vivid story with relatable characters and juicy landscapes of painted words.

This book sounds interesting. I love it when you can get lost in another world. A must read for me.
