I simply love the X Men. So, if this novel reminds the reviewer of them then I definitely want this book.

Opaque by Calix Leigh-Reign is a supernatural romance. I loved the story. Congratulations on #botd.

Thank you for your review. I have this book on my bookshelf waiting to finish reading the book I need to review so I can start reading this one. I’m exited and can’t wait to get drawn into the book.

When reading your summary, Adam's story totally reminded me of X-Men too. Excellent review!

It is good to know that Carly helped Adam overcome his destructive tendencies and to know about his special powers. Their relationship seems good. It is good that their characters are described well and that the well-developed plot has some twists.

This is not my type of book, but the sample pages were interesting. The main character Adam is well defined and his world is intense. I think young adults I know would be interested in reading it. Also, the review is intriguing.

I'm captivated already. Besides the amazing book cover, this is my kind of book except for the romance part.
Thanks for the great review.

This is the first time this year i'm reading a sci-fi novel. I can confidently say that I am not disappointed. I had missed the feeling of seating at the edge of my seat while reading. Great job.

As I read a sample of the book, I was turned off by the son's uh... feelings for his mother. Thank you for the review and setting me at ease that someone else will keep his attention. I might add this book to my list.

I enjoy the young adult genre, and I'm most interested in the Russian element in this book. I've had my eye on this book for a little while and I'm happy to see that it is not only Book of the Day, but also February's Book of the Month.
There is no frigate like a book
To take us lands away,
Nor any coursers like a page
Of prancing poetry.
This traverse may the poorest take
Without oppress of toll;
How frugal is the chariot
That bears a human soul!

The sample of the novel that I read made me think that it is a creepy book. Your review makes me want to continue reading the story. Hopefully it’s not as disturbing as the sample.

Thanks for the review. Some contents of this book sounded disturbing to me, so I won't probably read this one.

Mutated humans is some interesting concept. But I don’t much like reading Sci-fi. So I will pass. Thanks for a great review, though.

This book sounds interesting even written for young adults. I like the fantasy mixed with romance. It sounds like an intriguing plot with mutations in humans and one I’m sure to try.
