Carter Kane or Percy Jackson.

Post by Wasif Ahmed »

Which one do you like more?

For me it would definitely be Percy Jackson as he can control water in his normal form whereas Kane has to take the form of Horus to reach the pinnacle of his powers.

Between Percy Jackson and Carter Kane, there is a preference to many between the two. Percy Jackson is more well known with have two series under his story while Carter Kane only has three books. With that, both have their appeals with the movement of their books. Percy has a developed story and character that goes in depth to his near being. Carter on the other side has not as much of a story but is very present with a new taste compared to Percy Jackson. Many I realized don't like the Kane Chronicles compared with the Percy Jackson series. But in my personal opinion if Rick Riordan had inserted a few more books and a little more time on the Kanes', they would be just as liked. So I don't have a preference between Percy vs Carter because both are unique to their stories. I love both the main heros and their stories.

Definitely Ash. They are definitely the best adventure books for young adults apparently. ;)

For me there is no question, I honestly prefer Percy Jackson. I read boths series and the crossovers and they're strong leading characters but Percy Jackson is just a better kind of hero for me.

PERCY all the way! With Carter I didn't really connect, but with Percy I connected in so many levels. I truly Love Percy and I would marry him If I could.

I would pick Percy Jackson! Even though I absolutely LOVE Carter Kane, I've read more of Percy and I am more loyal to him because of that.

As a huge fan of Rick Riordan, I can hardly choose. But if I have to choose, I'd probably say Percy Jackson just because there is more content about him and readers are better able to follow his life.

Personally I could never get into The Kane series as much as the Percy series, but then again the percy series kept making me change my mind. I currently don't have a preference.

I have read both series and I definitely prefer Percy Jackson. I like him, his attitude and the way he cares about people. I like the way he builds and tries to maintain relationships. I loved watching him learn from his mistakes and grow as a character.

I actually started with the Kane Chronicles and nearly didn't read the Percy Jackson series because I didn't really care about Carter or his sister. It's nothing against them, but once the third book was finished I had no desire to look for anything else about them. They just didn't capture my attention the way Percy did.
