the Inheritance Cycle by Chris Paolini. It is timeless! If you like dragons, magic, and worlds completely created from the mind of another, that are nothing like reality, this is the series for you. A younger Game of Thrones if you will.

The Atlantis Grail series by Vera Nazarian.
I absolutely love it. Its my favourite.

Game Is Life series by Terry Schott is good. Gets confusing at times but generally good series.

Cage Of Lies by Susanne Valenti is a good series as well.

The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare, as well as her other related series, are impeccable. They’re books you’ll never want to put down.

I read ready player one last semester and loved it! I can't remember the author's name though but I do remember that it has a lot to do about following your dreams and believing in yourself to get through tough situations. It describes what our future may hold for us in twenty years from now. It's a must read as well as a must see in theaters.

Marissa Meyer's The Lunar Chronicles (Cinder, Scarlet, Cress, Winter, and Stars Above). She also has a spin-off graphic narrative series that I'm about to start (Wires & Nerve).

The Dorothy Must Die series by Danielle Paige. She does a pretty good job of world-building and my only real complaint is the last book (I won't spoil it and it is just my preference; you might enjoy it). The novellas (there are 9 of them) are also really good and lead up to the first book

Sloppy Firsts by Megan McCafferty is one of my all-time favorite books! I'm not sure how many times I've read it. The others in the series are good, too, but I return to this one when I need some comfort.

The Looking Glass Wars by Frank Beddor. When I worked in a bookstore, a few of us were reading it and would fight (playfully, of course) over the few copies we received when each book was released. It is a different spin on Alice in Wonderland and the accompanying graphic narratives about Hatter M (the "mad hatter") are also amazing.
