It's been ages since I've read a YA fantasy book, and I totally get what you're saying. I love reading those for the relaxed reading experience that they offer. Thank you for your review!

Thank you for the great review. I'm a huge fan of YA as well, I'm always on the lookout for new stuff that myself or my teenage son would enjoy and this book sounds like it would be a great read.

I also like the YA genre because, as with Erik, the young protagonist usually undergoes Jung's hero's journey. Thanks for the review.

Very intriguing, I have always loved books with thrills of horror and adventure. Keeps you on the edge and always want to know what next.
Mysteries of Brettenwood by David Blank is a story about two twelve years old friends and the journey to unravel a mysterious land and its people and also themselves.

David Blank structured the storyline in a way that touches the mind of the readers of MYSTERIES OF BRETTENWOOD. In the book, Erik gets a curse from his evil act as mysteries artifact which he later find cure for the ailment that make him a creature of darkness. One reading this story will learn a lesson on effect of evil and disobedient. I prefer the author to win the BOTD

I have read the review of the book Mysteries of Brettenwood by David Blank. This is a story fit for reading of the teenagers. It is a source of enjoyment and entertainment for its readers. Mystical experiences and creatures have been explained well in the review by the reviewer.

I love books that donโ€™t take themselves too seriously. Make that a YA fantasy, and I have to admit that itโ€™s one of my favorite genres. This sounds like a fun book.

Great review! I read the free sample of this book, and it seems good so far, but based on your review it sound like it gets a lot better than I imagined. I also, despite my age, am sometimes a fan of the YA fiction genre, so don't worry, you're not alone!

Thanks for your review! I like how Kristina does not fall into any stereotypical roles. Candlewood sounds like a fascinating town. I'm curious to learn about the magic that is present in this world. I wonder what kind of creature of darkness Erik is turning into.

This sounds like a very interesting book. I also enjoy YA books. Though I didn't think a book with a lot of grammatical errors could be rated as 4 out of 4 on this site.
