Shades of a Vampire series

How many of you have read the popular A Shade of Vampire series by Bella Forrest? I am part way into the 4th book, A Shadow of Light. It seems to be a well written book that I consider an easy read. I can concentrate on the story its self with out an abundance of large words. One One hand I'm glad the author has released them in smaller books so that they can be released quickly, but I also hate going through all the back story parts. Overall though I like the books. We will see if I continue to feel that way when I finish all of them. The first part of the love story has 7 books. Then continues to a current total I believe of 18. Has anyone finished them all yet?

I have. I enjoyed the series until they started the second generation. The story line was awesome and each character had a great personality. The characters grew as the story continued. I am sure if I would have continued to read the second generation I probably would have liked it. I just have a hard time with them changing characters.

I have just started to read the and I have to say I couldn't put it down and now I have all about Sofia and derek and it's well written and I could see the as a series.i definitely watch it

I have read the first 16 books. That covers Sofia/Derek, Rose/Calebs story. I had ups and downs with these two stories. I would've give it 3.5 stars out of 5. The gender game and the girl who dared to think series written by Bella Forrest was a much better read in my opinion.
