Wow, thanks. Glad to see you could get into it, even if it was long.reubenkey wrote:Usually if I see a review this long, I just read the first paragraph and then scan it for the general feel of whether the reviewer thought the story was good or bad and if is a complete story or cliffhanger, which often includes reading the last paragraph. This review, though lengthy at first glance, grabbed my attention span and convinced me to listen. I like the unbiased descriptive portion of the review preceding the opinions of what were the best and worst qualities of this author's style. As an avid reader, I have had plenty of opportunity to try out this cliffhanger style of story continuation. This book sounds very interesting and I am tempted to read it just because this review is so well written. But in all honesty, I will never read another of these abruptly ended partial stories.

I know of a really awesome dragon
His name is Smoky...and he's...violent.
His hair can braid itself.
I love books.
Someone should start a thread about dragon books.

Here you go...
Eastern
No wings, but they can fly.
Falkor was an eastern dragon.
If I'm remembering correctly, benevolent.
At the least...they're highly regarded..
Western
Winged and heavy bodied.
For the most part feared.
Often associated with evil.
Reviled.
