TO KILL A KINGDOM

Post by kavi123 »

If you are into mermaids, in this case sirens, this is a perfect book, which was written by Alexandra Christo.
Even though it's a retelling, this book has the capability of capturing our heart. It says a lot about the family being chosen rather than being born. The Prince and the Princess, who are both born in two different kingdoms exchanging conversations that makes us laugh and hit our head at the same is -to be honest-cute. Even though it's a predictable story, the journey is quite awesome with friendship, betrayal, debts and love.

I adored reading this book last year! I was gutted when I finished that it's only a standalone!

Do you know that feeling when you are craving a specific story? Well, that's how I found this book. I was craving for something pirate-themed or siren-themed. I found 2 books that satisfied my craving. This book and Daughter of the Pirate King. Daughter of the Pirate King is a duology. The second book is titled, Daughter of the Siren Queen. I totally recommend this duology. It is written by Patricia Levenseller, one of my most favorite authors.

I have so much love for this book! Elian and Lira are my absolute favorite OTP! I am still holding out hope that the author would decide to give us even one more book.
