12 words or less? Probably not. I can write a story using the same twelve words though. It'll be a book for babies or toddlers.

That's a hard thing to do! I once entered a contest where you could only have ten words, including the title. I wrote a few attempts, but what I figured out is that you really want to focus on action and packing the tension in those words. Verbs helped a lot to use, since they show action, and I figured out that if you use common situations, you can work off readers' assumptions as well.
