Coffee is my preferred beverage when I sit down to read. There's just something about the smell of roasted coffee beans and fresh pages that stimulates my mind.

I love my coffee. have it twice a day with milk. it helps me think and get through whatever is going to happen during the day.
Sometimes I have tea...but don't really enjoy it that much....

Tea please. I'm not much of a coffee drinker.

I would rather prefer tea to coffee as coffee which form it comes in gives me severe headache.

costliest coffee is costlier than costliest tea. You should try various types of coffee to see if some type suites you.

I love a nice cup of coffee when I write in the morning, just to clear my head. Sometimes in the fall/winter, I will have a cup of pumpkin spice coffee in the evening, too, especially if it's a gloomy night (which in Seattle, is common).

I usually don't drink coffee or tea. So when it comes to writing also I don't bother to drink anything. But to be fresh, I prefer water and I drink quite a lot

Most definitely tea. I have anxiety as well, so coffee just makes me more agitated and shaky. Green tea is my favorite. :-)

Well, too much of every substance is bad. As for smoking, I would leave that hanging. Also, I prefer tea with milk to black coffee.
