When I was younger, it was truly unhealthy the amount of Orange Peeko, double milk double sugar, I drank. Like, in a 12 hour period, it wasn't unusual for me to drink about 14 or 15 large (tim Horton's sized) cups. It was worse because I actually worked at Tim Horton's, and then at a bar, and when you've no time for food, tea gets you through. It extended into reading, writing, practically everything else in my life. A serious addiction. That and I smoked, and of course, you couldn't have one without the other. Then I developed a heart palipatation from over stimulation. (NO surprise there.lol) and quit caffine tea in favour of herbal teas, caffine free where I can find it. My favorite is a cup of chai tea with a good zombie book. and if I'm writing, then it's going to be hot chocolate or chai latte.

Though most people prefer coffee, I'm a tea person. Can't go a day without a cup of tea.

Coffee bright and early...and hot tea as the day grows later.

I have to have coffee. Usually just black, but sometimes I put milk and sugar in. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee, but I also make Seattle's Best Coffee vanilla flavored, it's also really great. I usually only drink tea if I'm sitting down, wrapped in blankets, ready to read a good book. Coffee is more what I drink first thing in the morning and whenever I need a pick me up

I'm definitely one of those people who drink cold things more often than not, so I'll usually opt for a iced chai latte, or milk tea sweetened with maple syrup and cinnamon. If you're wondering why I don't use honey, here's my answer: I'm too busy eating it out of the jar with a spoon :)

Mmmmmm chai tea is amazing. I had a history teacher who could make the best chai tea, and she'd always bring it in on days when we were watching films.

Green smoothies all the way! Talk about the ultimate pick-me-up. Indeed! I usually drink them out of these beautiful glasses that I purchased from a discount store. Before I know it, the entire glass is gone. Lately, I've been enjoying a pineapple, pear, kale concoction and it is delicious. Perhaps you can try one soon. :-) Let me know if you need any tips for getting started.

I prefer tea. I'm not a big coffee fan.

I have never had a full cup of plain coffee before. For me, it is tea all the way. Specifically, iced green tea.
