I take notes with Evernote as I read on my phone.
When I finished, I type the review on my Google Drive.

I have been writing on paper then to Microsoft word. May be too basic out of ignorance.
There are so many new options here to try out.

I usually write my review on paper first before encoding my final piece using wps writing software.

I first write notes about the book on paper and list down some specific themes and thoughts about it that occur whilst reading. Afterwards, I use Microsoft Word to type up a rough idea of what my review is going to be about, then elaborate on those ideas by using the notes written in my book.
