All of my friends have been talking non-stop about this book. I've never seen it in my local library. Originally the name of this book is what got me so interested in reading it. It sounds like some kind of nice paranormal activity movie. Thanks for the book review. I am even more excited to know whats it is about. It sounds even better than I had imagined! I am even more exited to read it!

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. It's very well written and it sounds like my kind of book. Aside from romance and erotica books, I am a hard core horror and sci-fi fan. It started out as simple ghost stories and such since I was a young teenager. But now my tastes and curiosity have expanded so I'm always looking for darker, more evil supernatural stories to read about. And it is always interesting to read a story from another point of view, like you mentioned in your review, it's from a child's perspective. This is very intriguing to me so I will put this on my to read list and I can not wait to see what happens. Thanks again for suggesting it and well done!!!

I love a good ghost story, and this one seems to break the classic mold in all the best ways. The complexities of this novel seem to augment the sense of paranormal fear, reminding me a bit of the horror film The Babadook. This is going on my shelf NOW. Thanks so much for the stellar review!

I've read the sample, but I wasn't so sure it would be something I'd actually like. Thank you for the review, I think I'll add it to a list and perhaps take some time soon to read it. Hopefully it's not another typical ghost story.

I really found the book a bit lacking for my personal taste. I understand it was written from a child's point of view, but the writing is a bit too convoluted, as well as the overall back and forth by the author. who kept jumping from one topic to the next very quickly throughout the book, so this was not a great read for me.

Thank you for your review. It sounds like the book is well written and emotionally engaging, however I think it might be a little much for me.

I'm not usually one for memoirs, but this sounds fascinating. I like when authors can weave an immersive story; between the humor and the darker themes I think I will have to check this out.
