I always enjoy it when books are told from the perspective of different characters - I just think it's so clever. And the story sounds like it is based on an interesting concept. Great review!

A paranormal romance story following the trials of a fallen angel who fell in love with a human woman sounds exciting. It is good that the author provide enough details about the first book to ease the reader into the tale. That it was well edited and tied most of the loose ends is another bonus. Thank you for the review!

Nice book for us as Christians. I like the way it begins and also the romantic staff.

This is a paranormal romantic fiction novel about angels, multiple galaxies, and a journey through creation for the fruit from the tree of life. The book has a free sample on Amazon and an amazingly well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats @BellamyWestbay on the BOTD.

It seems like an original take in a classic hero journey and I can guess it incorporates a lot of elements from other mythologies, which could be interesting.
I'm glad the book can be read as a standalone, although it's always more enriching to read the whole series.
Great review, thanks!

It's interesting that the keys to the Tree of Life are kept on other planets. Overall, I think this story and it's series are adorable. An angel falls in love with a human and does whatever he can to save her from poison.

I am a huge lover of all things supernatural, and paranormal romance is right up at the top of my favorite genres. A fallen angel in love with a human, a quest to gather the keys to the tree of life to cure his human by granting her immortality, and a trip from planet to planet, from galaxy to galaxy sounds like an epic adventure. Though this second in series book can be read without reading the first and still easily be followed, I think I’m going to start at the beginning with the first book. Congrats to the author on a terrific review. Thanks so much for sharing.

This sounds like a complex, bit well-written novel. Great job with addressing concerns about picking up on book 2 of a series.

An angel who fell inlove with a human?! I'm in! This is an interesting book and the fact that it is a stand alone is an added bonus.

For this being a sequel, I thought the same thing as far as it being easy to jump into the story without having read the first book. It sounds like the author kept to the plot quite nicely and wrapped it all up without a cliffhanger. That’s always nice to just see a stand alone book in a series. Thanks for more insight into this one. Very informative review.

The book, "Genesis" is a really great book. It was really simple to follow along. It almost portrays Adam and Eve and the fall of man which makes it good for us Christians to read.
