Great review. This sounds like a great book. A damsel in distress who does not sit by idle waiting to be rescued does sound like a good plot. It also makes me curious to read more on her character since you mentioned she is a strong female that plays a big part of the story. Thank you for sharing.

What a great review! Thank you! I have not read the first book but was instantly sucked into this book. Going to have to find the first book and start it all over. The parts hat worry me would be endangering her daughters life because I am so afraid that something will happen to my own babies! Can’t wait to read the rest!

This is an engaging read. Lyla's life is at stake but I believe that her husband Cyrus. Will do whatever it takes to save her and to stop the evil of terrorism. This is a great journey to join Lyla and Cyrus in their quest.

Not much of a fan of romance or series, but this looks like a winner for those who are. Made it more interesting to include the focus on current problems as in terrorism & Iran. Thanks for a great review!

I'm not sure that this is my kind of book. However, I do like the strong female characters and that it isn't a typical damsel in distress story. Thanks for the review.

Good review! Based on this review, I may need to buy Book 1 together with Book 2 and read them one after the other. :tiphat: :techie-studyingbrown:

A story about an authoritative man who melts when his damsel is in trouble sounds intriguing, and the damsel herself isn't airhead? All this plot mixed with current topics? Very promising. Thanks for the review!

This does sound like a good book. I'm just not an action fan. I do like the non-typical husband-wife team. Sounds like some interesting relationship situations.

:techie-reference: I think I will really like this book. This great review says that this is good as a stand alone book but I think I would really rather read the first book in the series and then get this one.

For me this book entitiled "vengeance" is an encouraging story :) ..It tells us a lesson that anytime that we had a problem it is better for us to always think positive.I like the flow of story....And this is the last 8 words I can say to author of this book;"good job and keep up the good work":-)

Looks like it offers more than sex. A challenged fairy tale love. I'm blown away with your review.
