The book is amazing. I like it very much, also part 2 is great. You get attached to the characters and the experiences they went through help you find different perspectives of life.

The romance was rushed. It would be more enjoyable to see their feelings build for each other over time. It does have some similarities as The Hunger Games. But for me, one of the reasons HG was great was because of Catniss' progression in understanding her romantic feelings.

A regime that controls practically every aspect of its citizen's lives sounds terrible but interesting. I was captivated by the romance and I'll definitely read on to find out what happens to Cali and Stefani and their love lives.

Dope cover photo, this book is about a regime which was arranging marriages by choosing partners on their own instead of the country practising democracy by letting people choose who they actually want. fictional romance-filled story &politics filled. can't wait to finish reading

I love dystopian novels, and this book sounds right up my alley. The characters seem well fleshed-out and the plot is engaging, making you curious whether the two couples will end up together through the Temptation Trials.

I don't usually read romance/dystopian novels so I think I'll pass on this book. I do like the book cover though. Great job on the review.

The idea of having to fight for one's love is interesting. And I always enjoy reading about post-WWIII - it's interesting to speculate. I wish this review had been easier to read, however. I'm confused as to what was meant by the book using too much "American language" - for a book written by an American author and being reviewed on an American site, it's what I would expect. But I'm looking forward to giving this book a chance.

Thanks for the review. A regime that chooses who you marry, sounds intriguing!

Great review! Sounds like a great story. Covert operations mixed with romance have already piqued my interest..I would love to find out if the two couples survived the oppressive dictatorial regime and trials!

This sounds like an interesting dystopian novel. I love the romance mentioned in the review and hope to follow the couples as the complete the trials in the novel. I am also curious to see how things play out in Hawaii. I have never been there before so I hope the setting is described well. Good review and thank you for sharing.

Thanks you for a great review Walter7 of Temptation Trials II. I love all romance stories, a dystopian future where you have to marry domaine tthe government chooses and if you want to marry someone else you go on a game show, unknown to most set up unfairly against you sounds like a book one will not want to put down.i love the characters Cali, Care, Tobias and Stefano, so far. Thanks to the author. Part II is available to buy and was BOTD about a month ago.

Based on your review and the sample, it seems like there is insta-love between the characters which I am generally not a fan of. However, I really do enjoy the political angle and the dystopian genre so this book may be my cup of tea. Great review!

What is important true love or lust ? What is true ? A government that chooses your life partner for you and put a lock on your social life. That sounds like choice and real freedom is lost. Sounds real interesting to read. It is a another way to show that loosing things we are suppose to value , makes it valuable when we really lost them.

A reality TV show where every temptation is laid before the contestants. A government that organizes arranged marriages. That's the two things I'm watching out on this book.

Having to face temptation trials before you can be with the one you love is tough indeed. It seems an interesting romance story.
